INSPIRED BY INNOVATION

Our history of innovation speaks for itself. In the early 2000s, SEAOIL pioneered the use of biofuels for motorists in the Philippines. In 2005, SEAOIL was the first to offer E10 (fuels with 10% ethanol) or ethanol-blended gasoline in all of our filling stations nationwide – two years before the Biofuels Act of 2006 was even signed into law. We were also the first to sell coco biodiesel, or diesel with 2% coco methyl ester. You can see this passion for innovation in products such as the Price Lock prepaid fuel card, another industry first launched in 2008, which shielded motorists from escalating oil prices by locking in fuel prices ahead of time. It all goes back to bettering the lives of Filipinos, and bettering the environment that we live in.
