What is this role about?
The Utility Personnel will provide general support to site operations at the station, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient daily functioning. This role assists in basic maintenance, housekeeping, fueling support, and other assigned duties to help deliver a positive customer experience and maintain operational standards.

What will YOU do?

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the station premises, including forecourt, restrooms, shop area, and back-of-house following company standards

• Assist with basic fueling operations and ensure proper handling of equipment while observing safety protocols

• Perform routine inspection of facilities and report any maintenance needs, hazards, or irregularities to the supervisor

• Support unloading, stacking, and proper storage of incoming goods and supplies as instructed

• Help with inventory checks and recordkeeping for consumables and store supplies when required

• Operate cleaning tools and basic warehouse equipment safely (e.g., hand trucks) and follow procedures for safe manual handling

• Provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers, escalating issues to attendants or supervisors as needed

• Perform routine groundskeeping and minor repairs as assigned to maintain a welcoming and safe environment

• Follow company policies on waste segregation, spill response, and environmental compliance

• Be available to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required by station operations

What will YOU need?

• Willing to be assigned in Bauang, La Union

• Previous experience in retail, housekeeping, warehousing, or similar operational roles is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices; willingness to learn company procedures and comply with safety standards

• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
