What is this role about?
The Utility Personnel will provide general support to site operations at the station, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient daily functioning. This role assists in basic maintenance, housekeeping, fueling support, and other assigned duties to help deliver a positive customer experience and maintain operational standards.

What will YOU do?

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness across the dealership premises, including offices, showroom, service areas, restrooms, staff quarters, and surrounding facilities

• Ensure proper waste segregation, collection, and disposal in accordance with company sanitation and environmental standards

• Monitor and replenish cleaning materials, restroom supplies, and other housekeeping items to ensure continuous availability

• Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas, workstations, and service facilities

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and basic upkeep of external areas including walkways, plant boxes, parking areas, and surrounding premises

• Provide general assistance to employees and management in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• Report any observed facility issues, damages, or maintenance concerns to the Admin Supervisor for proper coordination with contractors or service providers

What will YOU need?

• Willing to be assigned in Bauang, La Union

• Previous experience in retail, housekeeping, warehousing, or similar operational roles is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices; willingness to learn company procedures and comply with safety standards

• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
