What is this role about?
The role is responsible for collecting ang summarizing data on industry, customers, company, competitors to determine the current market position of the company in the lubricants industry.

What will YOU do?

• Analyze sales data on a per SKU, per account, per warehouse, and per channel to gauge performance, improve process and help achieve overall targets/objectives
• Determine reasons for deviations from plans and targets to apply corrective action plans to meet sales targets by facilitating periodic discussion of Gap Analysis with the Sales Management
• Lead the annual strategic planning for lubricants sales channel to develop bottom-up projections and strategic initiatives aligned with top-down company objectives
  
• Facilitate the periodic demand forecasting to ensure optimized sales and supply plan by preparing tools to support sales teams' detailed forecasting and conducting review sessions to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Coordinate the issues and concerns of the sales team to address and provide resolution by communicating with the concerned stakeholders/support groups
  
  
  

What will YOU need?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Accounting , Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or other related courses
• At least two (2) years relevant experience in a data analytics, preferably in a sales/financial analyst background
• Proficient in MS Excel/Spreadsheet, PPT/Slides; BI and CRM tool is a plus
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Willing to do field work as needed
