What is this role about?
The role will ensure the proper administration of operational activities, especially in the Lubes bay of handled LubeServ service workshop. The role is also responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with new and returning customers
What will YOU do?
- Manage and oversee the service workflow in the Lubes Bays, ensuring compliance with Lubeserv Customer Handling Procedures.
- Advance site sales and profitability by effectively communicating benefits and product features and upselling Lubeserv Express Lube service packages.
- Handle all customer interactions from check-in to service completion, manage repairs, address complaints, maintain customer satisfaction, and promote products and services.
- Prepare service orders, endorse jobs to mechanics, ensure a clean work area, assist with vehicle troubleshooting, and hand over serviced vehicles to customers.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of LubeServ service center equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of oil change service requests, submit required sales and inventory reports, and maintain the customer database.
- Ensure daily recording and declaration of all cash on hand and deposit details.
- Ensure and schedule LubeServ Technicians, perform evaluations, coach, and develop their skills.
What will YOU need?
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably from the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service, handling inquiries, and managing service schedules
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to customers
- Proficient in service management software, dealership management systems, and Google Workspace
- Ability to efficiently manage service operations, including quoting, invoicing, and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts departments, and management to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
