What is this role about?
This role will be the dedicated for CME Plant (end to end), will cover receiving of inventories in the system, prepare inventory movement report calculate costing and savings report, and submit government mandated reports.

What will YOU do?

• Calculate CME Cost for the month to support pricing and inventory valuation, i.e. cost of fuels B3 (diesel)

• Prepare monthly cost and savings report to communicate monthly cost movements, savings achievements, and key drivers affecting profitability

• Receive inventories in the system to ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory receipts for proper inventory valuation and track material availability

• Prepare DOE and BIR reports to support compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate records for audit and monitoring purposes

• Analyze cost movements to identify key drivers of cost fluctuations and support informed business decisions

• Provide management with insights into cost performance and potential savings opportunities

• Act as custodian of the revolving fund to address the requirement to pay in cash upon delivery, the CME Suppliers that do not have bank accounts; and of of petty cash for CME Manufacturing Plants

  
  

What will YOU need?

• At least 3-4 years of related experience, preferably from the Manufacturing, Retail, Oil/Gas industry

• Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)

• Graduate of a four-year course relating to Accountancy, and from reputable universities

• Willing to be assigned in Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte
