What is this role about?
This role will provide administrative support functions related to vehicle sales and will also help in ensuring a smooth and compliant sales process.
What will YOU do?
Provide assistance to the sales administration supervisor to ensure the smooth processing of sales transactions and documentation while adhering to dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Maintain and manage sales-related documents and records, such as sales contracts, invoices, and customer and vehicle records
Generate regular sales reports as needed
Assist in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or requests related to the sales process
Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns
What will YOU need?
Proficient in Google Workspace
Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must have relevant experience in the same role
