What is this role about?
The role is in charge of creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents. This role will also record and report financial transactions and manage revenue, expense, asset, liability and equity accounts. 

What will YOU do?

  • Prepare financial and underlying reports for the monthly management reporting of OTC and SFI
  • Obtain analytics for financial reports for the monthly management reporting of OTC and SFI
  • Arrange all schedules that will be requested for year-end audits of OTC and SFI
  • Undertake the monthly creation of Journal Entries for the tallying of TB IFS vs TB Netsuite
  • Prepare the weekly reconciliation for the month-end reconciliation and reporting
  • Process cash advance request for funds to be used in OTC operations of vessels
  • Prepare liquidation of cash advances to account for and settle expenses against previously released cash advances

What will YOU need?

  • Accountancy graduate - at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
  • Adept and knowledgeable on the applications of accounting principles and concepts, analyzing finance documents and data, and reconciliation skills
  • Must be a critical thinker and keen to details
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations) and Microsoft Office Package
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
  • Must have an experience with Lapsing Report
  • Must be knowledgable in CAPEX processing in NetSuite
  • Must be knowledgable with Closing Procedures for Fixed Asset Module and other reports related to PPE
