What is this role about?
The role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the Degumming and Biodiesel Plant. This includes operating and monitoring field equipment, executing daily production activities in coordination with the control room, performing start-up/shutdown procedures, conducting sampling, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role is essential in achieving consistent production of high-quality CME (Coconut Methyl Ester) in alignment with standard operating procedures and production targets.

What will YOU do?

• Operate efficiently and monitor field equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, separators, reactors and other auxillaries, to ensure smooth CME and biodiesel production

• Conduct field operations to support the company's production goals

• Maintain real-time communication with SCADA operators and Plant-Lead technicians to ensure synchronized plant operations and prevent process deviations

• Ensure to carry-out safe start-up, shutdown, and emergency response operations, including manual intervention on valves and pumps as per instruction

• Monitor operating parameters and make necessary field adjustments to achieve desired product quality and operational efficiency

• Collect and properly label process samples according to the sampling plan and submit them to the laboratory in a timely manner

• Monitor and report usage and stock levels of of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products, ensuring all are properly recorded and accounted for

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or unusual process conditions to the PLT, and request necessary corrective or preventive maintenance

• Operate the plant in compliance with PNS standards, safety protocols, PPE usage, environmental guidelines, and housekeeping policies

• Ensure to complete logbooks, monitoring sheets, incident reports, and other documentation accurately during each shift to ensure traceability and compliance

What will YOU need?

• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience preferably in project management or plant maintenance

• Degree in Industrial Technology or any Engineering course

• Willing to do fieldwork as needed

• Willing to be assigned in CME Plant, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte
