What is this role about?
This role supports terminal operations by maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of assigned areas. The Utility Personnel helps ensure a safe and efficient work environment by performing general cleaning, housekeeping, and other utility tasks in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

What will YOU do?

• Clean and maintain assigned terminal areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces

• Keep work areas orderly and free from obstructions to support a safe working environment

• Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to site procedures

• Assist with basic upkeep and other general utility tasks as assigned

• Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and report any damage or supply shortages

• Follow terminal safety procedures and promptly report hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel

• Provide support to terminal personnel as needed while following instructions and established procedures

What will YOU need?

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or general utility work is an advantage

• Willing to perform physical tasks and follow safety procedures

• Willing to be assigned at the SEAOIL Terminal in Mabini, Batang
