What is this role about?
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the store by providing friendly and efficient customer service, processing transactions accurately, and keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. The Store Crew helps ensure a positive customer experience while following company standards and safety procedures.
What will YOU do?
Welcome customers and provide prompt, courteous assistance with product inquiries and purchases
Process cash, card, and other approved payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
Maintain accurate cash handling and follow store procedures for transactions, refunds, and shift reconciliation
Restock shelves, check product displays, and help ensure merchandise is properly labeled and presented
Monitor product availability and report low stock, damaged goods, or discrepancies to the supervisor
Keep the sales floor, counters, and other store areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow company policies, store operating procedures, and health, safety, and security guidelines
Assist with receiving and checking deliveries and arranging products in designated storage areas
Respond to customer concerns professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor when needed
Work collaboratively with the store team to support daily operations and meet service standards
What will YOU need?
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or retail experience is an advantage
Basic numeracy and communication skills
Ability to handle transactions accurately and provide friendly, attentive customer service
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions and established procedures
