What is this role about?
The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring that facilities, equipment, and systems are kept in safe, functional, and efficient working condition. This role focuses on performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

What will YOU do?

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of showroom facilities and equipment to avoid breakdowns

• Repair minor issues (leaks, broken fixtures, damaged fittings) and coordinate major repairs with external technicians

• Check and maintain electrical, lighting, air conditioning, and ventilation systems; troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical problems

• Maintain walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and showroom structure; perform painting, carpentry, and minor renovations as needed

• Support cleanliness by assisting housekeeping and ensuring maintenance/storage areas are organized

• Ensure all safety equipment is functional and follow occupational health and safety standards; address hazards immediately

• Support showroom presentation by maintaining fixtures, display stands, signage, and proper lighting for products

• Manage tools, maintenance equipment, and spare parts inventory; request supplies as needed

• Record and report maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to supervisors/management

• Coordinate with showroom staff, respond to maintenance requests promptly, and handle emergency repairs when required

What will YOU need?

• Willing to be assigned in Bauang, La Union

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a similar role

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently

• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
