What is this role about?
This role ensures the effective management of the company's treasury operations by maintaining optimal liquidity, monitoring daily cash positions, processing payments, preparing cash flow forecasts, administering bank facilities and loan transactions, and coordinating with banking partners to support uninterrupted business operations, informed financial decision-making, and sustainable business growth.
What will YOU do?
Monitor daily cash position to ensure sufficient funds for operational and business requirements
Operate payment processing To facilitate timely and accurate disbursement of company obligations
Ensure fund availability to support uninterrupted business operations
Develop cash flow forecast to improve liquidity planning and financial decision-making
Provide treasury reports to support management in monitoring cash utilization and financial performance
Monitor bank transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
Coordinate banking relationships to support efficient banking operations and treasury services
Negotiate with banks to secure timely and correct payments of long-term and short-term loans with possible lowest fees
Provide timely issuance and documentation of credit instruments with possible lowest fees to secure timely and accurate documentation for the availment and/or settlement with counterparties
Monitor outstanding loan availment to ensure timely settlement of each availment from various banks.
Handle all standby line of credit of the company to prepare and secure documentations for availment of line of credits
What will YOU need?
Knowledge in the following:
- Corporate cash management and liquidity planning
- Loan documentation, borrowing and debt management
- Bank facilities (credit lines, other financing instruments, other non cash facilities, termloans, etc)
- Cash flow forecasting and fund positioning
- Experience in handling multiple banking relationship
- Highly organize and strong attention to detail
- Experience working in an automotive dealership, vehicle distributor or automotive group with multiple dealership location
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounatncy, Business Administration, Economics or other related field
