What is this role about?
The Lubeserv Franchise Onboarding Specialist will manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for Lubeserv franchise partners, ensuring compliance with company standards, timely setup of new sites, and a consistent, high-quality franchise launch experience. This role is central to building strong franchise relationships and enabling successful site openings that meet operational, commercial, and brand requirements.
What will YOU do?
Lead the onboarding process for new Lubeserv franchisees, coordinating documentation, approvals, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time launches
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT) to align requirements and expedite site readiness
Conduct onboarding orientations and training sessions for franchisees and on-site managers covering operational policies, customer service standards, inventory management, health & safety, and point-of-sale systems
Perform site assessments and readiness audits; document findings and work with stakeholders to resolve gaps prior to opening
Manage the collection and verification of franchise agreement requirements, permits, certifications, and other legal or regulatory documentation
Prepare and maintain onboarding checklists, templates, and status reports; track KPIs related to onboarding timelines, compliance, and readiness
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the onboarding phase, addressing concerns and providing timely updates
Support marketing and local launch activities by coordinating brand assets, signage approvals, and promotional materials
Facilitate handover to operations/field teams post-launch and provide post-opening support to ensure initial performance and compliance
Continuously improve onboarding processes by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful franchise onboarding and site operations
What will YOU need?
Graduate of a four-year degree (Business, Management, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in franchise operations, retail onboarding, project coordination, or site implementation
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple departments
Excellent communication and training facilitation skills; comfortable conducting both virtual and on-site sessions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict timelines
Familiarity with operational standards for retail/service sites, compliance requirements, and basic site readiness assessment
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus
