What is this role about?

The Deputy General Manager supports the General Manager in driving the operational execution of dealership strategies across Tuguegarao and Laoag/Ilocos Norte by overseeing branch performance, ensuring alignment to business objectives, and strengthening the execution capability of branch leadership teams.

This role ensures consistent and effective execution of regional strategies at the branch level, enabling sustained sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across assigned locations. 

What will YOU do?

• Support the General Manager in cascading business priorities and ensuring clear execution plans for Tuguegarao and Ilocos Norte branches;

• Oversee the development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies to ensure that they contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets;

• Monitor and report sales performance and track key sales metrics to identify activities for continued implementation and address areas for improvement;

• Coordinate with department heads and company stakeholders to drive the resolution of goals and other business concerns related to the effective operations of dealership branches;

• Train team members on customer service standards, and facilitate regular performance evaluations and coaching/ mentoring towards continuous effective performance;

• Ensure a consistent positive customer experience across dealership branches by providing personalized and value-added services, engaging showrooms, implementing streamlined processes, and utilizing active feedback mechanisms, while empowering team members to do the same; and

• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of a Business Management, Business Administration, or Marketing degree

• Experience in Automotive or Car Dealership, preferably EV, with at least 10 years in a management role.

• Proficiency in sales strategy and analytics, operations and program management, people management, and Google Workspace Suite.

• Experience in managing and establishing 4S dealerships for new domestic energy vehicles, preferably with experience in brands like BYD, NIO, etc.

• Valid Driver's License

• Willing to work a six-day shift (Mondays to Saturdays)

• Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed

• Willing to do field work, as needed

• Willing to travel domestically for deployment and other assignments.
