What is this role about?

The HR Generalist ensures compliance with policies and labor laws, handles onboarding, supports recruitment, manages payroll and benefits, and represents the company at external events. This role supports the dealership's growth by ensuring compliance, improving employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment, directly contributing to operational success and customer satisfaction.

What will YOU do?

• Ensure all dealership processes comply with company policies and labor laws;

• Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring smooth integration into the dealership and familiarity with processes and culture;

• Coordinate with the HR-TAAC team at the Head Office in managing recruitment efforts to support the dealership's staffing needs;

• Coordinate with the HR-CBFM team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration for employees;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and compliant work environment;

• Identify training needs, assist in planning skill development programs, and help employees enhance job performance;

• Represent the company at dealership events such as recruitment fairs, community outreach programs, partnerships with local schools or TESDA, and skills training sessions;

• Maintain and organize HR records, including attendance, performance reviews, and other essential documents;

• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all employees;

• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

• With atleast 7 years of related experience

• BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business/Management, or equivalent

• Will report six days a week at Bauang, La Union
