What is this role about?
The Manager (Independent Retail Sales and Network Expansion - South Luzon) is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies that will enable the expansion and optimization of the company's retail network in his/her assigned territories by identifying new locations, converting stations into franchisees, securing sustainable partnerships with retailers, and ensuring operational efficiency.
He/She shall also lead a team of sales professionals and provide them guidance to achieve the goals of the sub-unit.The Manager (Independent Retail Sales and Network Expansion - South Luzon) contributes to driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
What will YOU do?
Supervise the account officers of the Independent Retail Sales and Network Expansion team to ensure the effective execution of the company's business strategies by:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring they work efficiently and collaboratively in achieving their respective targets.
Ensuring that the reports and monitoring templates related to leads generation and evaluation are accurate and timely.
Ensuring complete and timely payment collection and seeking approval for all associated expenditures.
Secure leads for new accounts to identify potential customers or clients by saturating the assigned territories and expanding the customer base.
Monitor daily sales forecast to facilitate informed decision-making related to inventory management, operational efficiency, and sales planning align with Supply & Analytics team on the product requirements of the team.
Manage price fluctuations to maintain profitability and competitiveness agree on price tiering based on volume to maximize profitability.
Negotiate with target clients regarding the terms and conditions of conversion packages and contracts to support a mutually beneficial/win-win situation for the company and the customers lead and guide negotiation of team members to secure contracts on supply and conversion.
Facilitate endorsement of all converted stations to the Station Turnover and Rollout
Team to expand presence of SEAOIL in strategic areas nationwide monitor notarization of contracts and endorsement to station turnover team.Ensure continuous and effective client relationship management throughout the conversion process to ensure that all client negotiations will be closed monitor status of each negotiation untill contract signing and station turnover.
Monitor competitor activities, trends, and industry developments to help the company stay competitive, informed, and agile. Consolidate competitor pricing reports daily and align with Pricing Team.
Address concerns, inquiries, and suggestions from the team and customers. To ensure operational issues are resolved promptly and team engagement remains strong. Act as an escalation point for complex sales and customer issues. Provide guidance to team leaders in resolving conflicts, customer concerns and operational challenges. Promote open communication and continous improvement within the sales organization.
Negotiate with target clients regarding the terms and conditions of conversion packages and contracts. To secure profitable and sustainable agreements that drive account conversion while managing risks. Lead high level negotiations with priority prospects and strategic accounts. Structure terms, pricing, frameworks, and contract conditons aligned with company guidelines. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure contracts are viable, compliant, and operationally executable.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Economics
With 5 years of related experience in Independent Retail Sales and 4 years of People Management
Adept in Sales and Business Analytics
Open to a 6-day work schedule
Open to be relocated
Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed
Willing to do field work, as needed, Willing to travel domestically for deployment and other assignments.
