What is this role about?
The role will supervise the operations of all LubeServ service centers to ensure efficient service delivery, operational compliance, and high customer satisfaction across all locations.

What will YOU do?

  • Supervise operations of all LubeServ centers to ensure efficient service delivery and operational consistency

  • Maintain LubeServ's reputation as a reliable and convenient lubricant service provider

  • Manage service advisors, technicians, quick response technicians, and mobile technicians to ensure adequate staffing and service continuity across centers

  • Monitor operational and sales performance of service centers to ensure achievement of service and revenue targets

  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental standards to minimize risk and maintain safe service environments

  • Oversee lubricant products, tools, and service supplies to ensure availability of necessary materials and prevent operational disruptions

  • Coordinate marketing, supply team, and operations teams, to support service center initiatives and operational improvements

  • Lead performance improvement of service center staff to maintain productivity and service excellence

What will YOU need?

  • At least 5 years of related experience - automotive service operations, lubricant services, or related technical service environments

  • Experience supervising multiple service centers or automotive service teams
