What is this role about?

The LPG Terminal Operations Manager leads and oversees the overall operations of the LPG import terminal—from vessel receipt and bulk storage to inventory control and truck loading operations. The role ensures that LPG products are safely received, accurately recorded, properly stored, and efficiently dispatched in full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

The manager provides leadership to inventory and loading teams, establishes strong operational controls, safeguards product integrity, minimizes losses, and ensures smooth coordination with logistics, supply, and other support functions. Ultimately, the role ensures that terminal operations run safely, accurately, efficiently, and without disruption.

The LPG Import Terminal Manager plays a critical role in achieving the company’s performance objectives by ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant terminal operations that directly protect revenue and profitability. Through strict inventory control, accurate product accounting, and disciplined loading operations, the role minimizes losses, prevents financial variances, and safeguards high-value assets. By enforcing safety and regulatory standards, the manager reduces operational risks, avoids penalties, and protects the company’s reputation. At the same time, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of LPG supports service reliability and customer satisfaction, ultimately strengthening business continuity, operational excellence, and overall financial performance.

What will YOU do?

• Lead and supervise all terminal activities including vessel receipt, bulk storage, truck loading, and dispatch to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

• Establish controls and monitoring systems to maintain accurate reconciliation of bulk tanks, cylinder stocks, and truck movements, ensuring product integrity and minimizing losses.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards to prevent incidents, protect personnel, and safeguard company assets.

• Maintain full compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements and industry standards governing LPG storage, handling, documentation, and reporting.

• Implement process improvements that reduce downtime, prevent product variances, control operating expenses, and enhance overall terminal productivity.

• Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for terminal staff including inventory and loading teams, fostering accountability, competence, and continuous improvement.

• Identify operational risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure proper documentation and internal controls to protect company assets and reputation.

• Collaborate closely with logistics, supply, sales, security, engineering, and head office teams to ensure smooth product movement and timely customer fulfillment.

• Oversee preventive maintenance and proper utilization of loading systems, storage tanks, safety systems, and terminal infrastructure to sustain operational readiness.

• Ensure timely and accurate truck loading, inventory availability, and documentation to meet delivery commitments and uphold the company’s reliability in serving Filipino households.

• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
  

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field

• Nice to have: Active Engineering License

• At least 10 year of experience in Terminal Operations with at least 3 years experience in LPG product handling
