What is this role about?
The Distribution Optimization Senior Officer supports the Value Chain Optimization function by managing and analyzing optimization data, monitoring P&L performance, and preparing reports that guide commercial and distribution decisions. The role assists in executing supply agreements and bids, evaluates the performance of existing arrangements, and conducts studies to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability across fuels and lubricants distribution.

What will YOU do?

• Maintain and manage optimization databases and documentation for the Value Chain Optimization, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates

• Monitor and analyze Optimization P&L performance, identifying variances, trends, and opportunities to improve distribution and commercial efficiency

• Prepare and consolidate Optimization Reports, translating data insights into clear, actionable summaries for management review and decision-making

• Support commercial deal execution, including supply agreements, bid processes, and other commercial channels, by preparing analyses, documentation, and internal approvals

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (supply, logistics, finance, sales, and legal) to ensure alignment of distribution optimization initiatives and commercial arrangements

• Conduct performance analysis of existing distribution and supply arrangements, assessing cost, margin, and operational effectiveness

• Assist the Value Chain Optimization in developing performance reports and strategic materials to support business unit planning and optimization initiatives

• Perform market, cost, and value chain studies related to CCC Fuels and Lubricants to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic decisions

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance of commercial and optimization-related records in line with internal policies and audit requirements

• Provide analytical support for continuous improvement initiatives, recommending data-driven actions to enhance distribution efficiency, profitability, and value chain performance

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of a four-year course related to Engineering 

• With background in business development, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or data analytics

• With at least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
