What is this role about?
This role directly supports revenue growth and new business acquisition by enabling solution-selling through tailored marketing support, improving win rates in commercial accounts, and ensuring marketing is responsive to customer-specific opportunities not covered by standard programs.

What will YOU do?

• Develop account-specific marketing solutions and proposals to support solution-selling and address unique customer requirements

• Support sales teams and client-facing activities to strengthen customer acquisition and conversion efforts

• Design integrated fuel and lubricants offerings to provide differentiated and value-driven solutions

• Ensure responsiveness to business development opportunities

• Analyze customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance relevance and competitiveness of solutions

• Develop sales and marketing support materials to enable effective communication of solutions

• Monitor performance of supported accounts and proposals to improve win rates and solution effectiveness
  

What will YOU need?

• At least 5–7 years of experience in commercial marketing, business development, or B2B marketing roles

• Strong experience in solution-selling support, account-based marketing, or proposal development

• Exposure to fuel, lubricants, or industrial/commercial sectors is highly preferred

• Proven ability to develop customized, client-specific solutions and presentations

• Experience working closely with sales teams and participating in client engagements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related field
