What is this role about?
This role is responsible receiving, organizing, storing, and dispatching products - particularly lubricants - within the warehouse. This includes verifying product quality, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with FIFO methods, preparing orders, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The role also involves using warehouse equipment when necessary and ensuring that all operations align with quality and environmental standards.

What will YOU do?

• Accept incoming products and verify their condition and quantity, reporting any damage or discrepancies

• Arrange and stock lubricants and other products on racks and pallets following the FIFO method

• Ensure to pick and move items as listed in the picking list to the designated staging area for dispatch

• Ensure to use warehouse equipment or manually load/unload products for delivery or storage in the absence of an equipment operator

• Keep detailed and accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing inventory to support stock accuracy and traceability

• Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts and resolving any variances in coordination with Inventory Management Staff

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to ensure a safe and tidy work environment

• Ensure to separate good stock from defective or returned items and ensure proper documentation and labelling

• Ensure that products are correctly stored, picked, and prepared for delivery or pick-up to meet shipment schedules

• Ensure to understand and follow quality and environmental procedures relevant to warehouse operations
  

What will YOU need?

• At least senior high school graduate

• Must have experience in warehousing and logistics

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
