What is this role about?
Leads and manages the sales and operational activities of LubeServ, ensuring efficient day-to-day business operations while driving revenue growth.
Oversees the sales team, coordinating customer generation and prospecting initiatives, and ensures seamless collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes, service delivery, and operational performance.
This role drives revenue growth and operational efficiency for LubeServ by ensuring effective sales execution, optimized processes, and seamless service delivery, directly contributing to the company's performance objectives.
What will YOU do?
Lead the LubeServ sales team to drive revenue growth by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to Sales Officers.
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure business efficiency by coordinating workflows, resolving operational issues, and maintaining service standards.
Develop sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition by identifying market opportunities, analyzing sales data, and implementing lead generation initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery by aligning operations with Technical Development, Marketing, and Franchise Management teams.
Monitor operational performance to improve process efficiency by tracking KPIs, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and standardization by reviewing existing processes and enforcing company standards.
Report on sales and operations metrics to support informed decision-making by preparing regular performance reports and presenting insights to leadership.
Resolve customer and operational issues to maintain high service quality by addressing escalations promptly and coordinating with relevant teams.
Facilitate team development to enhance skills and capabilities by conducting training sessions, mentoring staff, and fostering knowledge sharing.
Optimize resource allocation to support operational efficiency by planning manpower, tools, and workflow distribution across LubeServ operations.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration / Management Marketing / Sales, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or related); Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not required
5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or service management.
Proven track record in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and improving operational efficiency.
Experience in the automotive, service, or retail operations industry is highly preferred.
Other Preferences: Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed; willing to do field work, as needed; and willing to travel domestically for deployment and other assignments.
