What is this role about?
The Sales Admin Intern will provide administrative and sales support to the local sales team, assist in maintaining accurate sales records and customer information, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the La Union sales office and field activities.
What will YOU do?
Assist with preparation and maintenance of sales reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support sales monitoring and decision-making
Update and maintain the customer database and sales documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Support the coordination of sales activities, customer visits, and field schedules for the sales team
Process and file sales documents, invoices, and delivery receipts and assist in basic collections follow-up as needed
Help prepare materials and logistics for promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer meetings
Respond to basic customer inquiries and route more complex requests to the appropriate sales or operations contacts
Assist in monitoring inventory levels for sales-promotional materials and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams
Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects to support the sales team and local office operations
What will YOU need?
Open to college undergraduates or fresh graduates of any course
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be assigned in La Union and available to support occasional field activities
Previous administrative or sales support experience is an advantage but not required
