What is this role about?
This role ensures the efficient and accurate handling of all lubricants warehouse withdrawal requests, manages and resolves leaker (leaking product) issues within the warehouse and provides back-up support to the lubricants packaging team. This role acts as a key operational link between warehouse activities and packaging operations, ensuring smooth product flow, maintaining quality standards, and supporting over-all warehouse efficiency.

What will YOU do?

• Support packaging activities including carton packing, pail filling, and drum filling to meet daily production targets

• Assist in receiving of raw materials to ensure prompt and accurate receipt of materials from suppliers

• Conduct daily liaise with warehouse staff to verify product availability, prepare picking lists, and ensure proper staging of outbound items

• Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of leaker (leaking container) issues within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Oversee proper segregation of compromised products and coordinate with relevant teams for safe handling, rework, or disposal as required

• Report trends or recurring issues related to leakers or withdrawals to supervisors, contributing to root cause analysis and process improvement

• Serve as secondary support for the lubricants packaging line, assisting with daily operations during peak load or in the absence of regular staff

• Assist with regular cycle counts and reconciliation efforts to ensure warehouse inventory records remain accurate and up to date

• Ensure to strictly follow warehouse safety procedures and assist in enforcing compliance during product handling especially for damaged or leaking goods

• Support manual charging of raw materials into blending tanks and assist in blending-related tasks to ensure timely completion of production batches in the absence of blending foreman/assistant
  

What will YOU need?

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• At least high school or vocational graduate

• Open to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule

• Willing to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas
