What is this role about?
The role will play a key role in keeping SEAOIL’s operations running smoothly. This role is the go-to person for tracking and managing LPG product movement in the terminal, making sure every tank, cylinder, and bulk product is properly recorded and accounted for.

What will YOU do?

• Coordinate with terminal operations and road transport teams to ensure smooth product transfer and dispatch
• Monitor LPG stock levels and movements to maintain accurate and updated inventory records
• Ensure compliance with company and safety standards to uphold operational integrity and safety
• Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to align physical and book inventory records
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports to provide management with reliable data for decision-making
• Coordinate with maintenance team to report and resolve equipment or measurement discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers and haulers to confirm product deliveries and dispatch schedules
• Reconcile system and physical inventory data to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile product movement reports to ensure accuracy in LPG transfer documentation
• Coordinate with terminal and HSSE teams to support safe and efficient operations

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of relevant employment experience
• Willing to be assigned in General Santos City
