What is this role about?
This role is responsible for monitoring, recording, and reconciling, all LPG product movements within the terminal. The role ensures that all bulk tanks, cylinders, and deliveries are accurately tracked, documented, and balanced in coordination with operations and logistics team.

What will YOU do?

• Monitor and record LPG inventory levels across bulk tanks, cylinders and storage facilities to ensure accurate tracking of product movement
• Verify and document incoming and outgoing LPG deliveries, ensuring that all quantities match delivery receipts and system records
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly, inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with terminal operations and road transport teams to align products transfers, loading schedules, and dispatch plans
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management, highlighting stock status, product movement, and any variances
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in all-inventory handling activities
• Assist in scheduling and supervising LPG loading and unloading activities to maintain efficient terminal operations
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, ensuring all entries are up to date and properly authorized
• Support periodic calibration and maintenance of storage tanks and measuring equipment to ensure accurate readings
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing inventory control processes and reducing product losses
