About the Role: Business Development and Project Management

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing business growth projects for SEAOIL. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive results from initial concept to full implementation, ensuring projects contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities in Business Development Projects

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives aligned with company goals
• Develop detailed business cases and feasibility studies to support project proposals
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver business development projects on time and within scope
• Prepare and present project plans, progress updates, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies
• Monitor and report on key project performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to maximize project impact
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications and Business Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, business development, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and market analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications
