What is this role about?
The role is responsible for ensuring the safety, accuracy, and efficiency of loading of LPG into tank trucks while upholding SEAOIL's safety, quality, and environmental standards.

What will YOU do?

• Conduct and oversee the loading of LPG into tank trucks in compliance with SEAOIL's safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Continuously observe gauges, pressure, temperature, and flow meters, to ensure accurate and stable LPG loading operations, promptly correcting any abnormalities
• Verify truck documentation loading schedules and equipment readiness
• Collaborate with logistics control room and security teams to plan and execute timely truck arrivals, loading sequences, and dispatch updates
• Ensure to confirm that all safety systems are operational and that loading procedures strictly follow safety and environmental guidelines
• Verify vehicle entry and exit, check truck documentation and authorization, and ensure proper clearance before loading and departure
• Ensure all trucks and personnel comply with terminal access, security, and safety requirements; participate in safety inspections and toolbox meetings
• Record loading data and reconcile with gantry operators to ensure consistency between loaded volumes and scale measurements
• Detect leaks, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe conditions and take immediate and corrective and reporting actions to prevent incidents
• Participate in audits, safety drills, and training programs
