What is this role about?
The role endeavors to provide timely and relevant support to the whole treasury department. The support allows the treasury team to operate more effectively and efficiently, which helps maintain the company’s reliability in financial obligations and enhances overall financial performance.

What will YOU do?

• Assist in preparing bank and other related documents to support accurate and timely submission of necessary documents
• Organize Receipts, 2307, transmittal and other documents to ensure easy access and proper audit trail
• Encode Receipts, 2307, and other transactions in the monitoring to maintain up-to-date and accurate records
• Monitor receipts, 2307, and documents to help track the documents and transactions
• Support reconciliation process to ensure consistency between records and banks
• Coordinate treasury team, accounting team, and tax team to clarify information related to the transaction and documents
• Prepare basic summaries or reports to help the treasury staff in other related functions
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

• Student of Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related courses
• Strong familiarity using Google Sheets
• Willing to report on-site in Taipan Place, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
