What is this role about?
The role is responsible for capturing and managing customer orders through various communication channels (hotline, mobile, SMS, and social media) and ensuring timely and accurate last-mile delivery of LPG products. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints, maintaining updated product knowledge, coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, and delivery riders) and preparing sales reports. Ultimately, the coordinator serves as the key link between customer's and the company's sales and delivery teams, ensuring a smooth end-to-end order and fulfilment process.
What will YOU do?
Facilitate seamless last-mile deliveries by endorsing confirmed orders to Sales Officers or LPG Stores and coordinating dispatch with delivery riders
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries, concerns, and service requests related to SEAGAS LPG
Maintain updated knowledge of LPG cylinders, including types, valve, accessories, and installation procedures, by regularly attending technical training sessions
Contribute directly to margin generation and sales growth by ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment process
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, installation issues, or delayed deliveries, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and maintain an organized customer database to support business analysis and decision-making
Coordinate closely with the LPG Sales people to track daily sales and inventory, providing real-time data from customer interactions
Monitor and follow-up on deliveries with riders to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in good condition
Identify operational or customer-related issues and propose actionable solutions to improve sales performance and support growth of the LPG business
