What is this role about?
The role is responsible for capturing and managing LPG orders, maintains accurate inventory, coordinates dispatch and delivery, and provides end-to-end customer support.
What will YOU do?
- Handle captured orders through landline, mobile, sms, and social media
- Provide excellent customer service to all hotline customers for the SEAGAS LPG brand
- Maintain updated knowledge of LPG cylinders (type of valves, accessories, and installation at household setting)
- Manage all orders received and endorse them to sales officers or LPG stores For riders' dispatch and delivery
- Prepare daily sales reports and develop a customer database for the LPG brand to support sales monitoring and customer relationship management
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, and provide solutions to their concerns pertaining to product quality, installation, and delayed deliveries
- Coordinate with the LPG cylinder sales manager or sales officers on daily sales and inventory report of cylinders
- Coordinate with riders regarding delivery to track customers' orders
- Report problems and recommend solutions to increase sales and improve operational efficiency
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time to support overall business objectives
What will YOU need?
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, inventory management, or any related field
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
- Willing to extend working hours and work on weekends and/or holidays as needed
