What is this role about?
This role will directly contribute to revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand equity by delivering targeted marketing programs that drive customer engagement and channel performance.

What will YOU do?

  • Develop trade and marketing programs to drive sales, customer engagement, and channel growth
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely execution, and resource efficiency
  • Oversee creative and communication materials to maintain brand consistency and message effectiveness
  • Monitor program performance and execution to measure ROI and inform future strategies
  • Lead channel-specific initiatives and projects to strengthen channel competitiveness
  • Support sales and marketing alignment to ensure marketing efforts reinforce sales objectives

What will YOU need?

  • Must have relevant experience within the same role - preferably in oil and gas, lubricants, or any other related industries
  • Educational background in Marketing, Management, Business or any other related courses
