What is this role about?
The role is responsible for the safe and accurate filling of LPG cylinders at the refilling plant. This includes ensuring that cylinders are filled to the correct weight, pressure, and volume, following strict safety protocols to prevent overfilling or accidents. This role will also inspect and test cylinders for defects and leaks before they are distributed. 

What will YOU do?

• Ensure to safely fill LPG cylinders with the correct amount of gas ensuring the right weight and pressure for each cylinder
• Inspect cylinders for damage, rust, or defects before filling and remove any damaged cylinders from the filling line
• Perform leak detection tests on filled cylinders to ensure that they are leak-free and safe for distribution
• Operate and maintain filing equipment such as pumps, compressors, and pressure gauges ensuring that they are functioning properly
• Ensure to follow all safety procedures during filling including using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain accurate records of cylinders filled
• Monitor and adjust the filling process to prevent overfilling or underfilling of cylinders
• Report any defects or issues with cylinders, filling equipment, or safety concerns to the Plant Operations Supervisor
• Ensure the cleanliness of cylinder filling area 
  

  
  

What will YOU need?

•  Open to fresh graduates of any bachelor's degree in Engineering or undergraduates with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to operate filling equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
• Physically fit - can lift, carry, and move heavy LPG cylinders
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and safety sensitive environment
