What is this role about?
The role will manage the dealership’s customer relationship management system to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
What will YOU do?
- Oversee and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and usability
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat business
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and generate actionable insights for improvement
- In charge with the activation of the BYD App
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
What will YOU need?
- At least 2 years of experience within the same role - preferably from the automotive industry
- Willing to be assigned in San Fernando/Bauang, La Union
