What is this role about?
The LPG Field Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by actively promoting and selling SEAOIL’s LPG products in assigned territories. The role involves identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring market penetration through strategic sales efforts. Additionally, the role will oversee and provide guidance to two LPG Field Sales Agents, who are engaged through a third-party agency, to optimize sales performance.

What will YOU do?

  • Identify potential customers to increase sales volume
  • Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Promote LPG to generate interest and drive sales
  • Guide LPG field sales agents to optimize field activities
  • Monitor agent performance to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales performance

What will YOU need?

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the LPG, petroleum, FMCG, or related industries
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, client acquisition, and market expansion
  • Willing to do fieldwork as needed
