What is this role about?
The role is responsible for developing and managing architectural design solutions for complex industrial energy facilities, including fuel terminals, lubricants plants/warehouses, LPG import/refilling stations, and jetties. This includes creating detailed site plans and building layouts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, coordinating with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, supporting construction execution, and aligning designs with operational and commercial goals.

What will YOU do?

• Develop architectural design solutions for industrial energy facilities, including fuel terminals, lubricants plants and warehouses, LPG import/refilling stations, and jetty-related infrastructure
• Create comprehensive site development plans, floor layouts, sectional and elevation drawings, and detailed architectural documentation tailored for Engineering Solutions and Services (ESS) projects in the energy sector
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with corporate branding, operational workflows, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, local building codes, and sustainability requirements specific to industrial and hazardous facilities
• Coordinate architectural design efforts with civil, structural, MEPF, process, and landscape disciplines
• Prepare, manage, and submit architectural documentation for permitting, regulatory compliance (e.g., fire safety, environmental, and zoning approvals), and stakeholder presentations throughout the project lifecycle
• Support construction and project management teams by providing architectural design clarifications, responding to site conditions, and issuing real-time adjustments to maintain project alignment
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify that architectural execution conforms with approved design intent, industrial safety standards, and technical specifications
• Lead punch list activities and coordinate resolution of architectural issues before facility commissioning and handover
• Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, safety, and commercial teams, as well as external consultants, to ensure architectural solutions support functionality, reliability, and cost-efficiency objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural best practices, energy facility design standards, and sustainable building technologies relevant to high-risk and industrial environments

What will YOU need?

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project documentation
• Experience working on retail, commercial, EV charging stations, or small infrastructure projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural design for commercial and retail developments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with PEZA, LGU permitting requirements, zoning laws, accessibility codes
• Coordination skills with various engineering disciplines (civil, structural, MEPF)
• Strong visualization, attention to detail, and creativity
• Good communication skills for client and contractor interaction.
