What is this role about?
This role is involve in the development and operationalization of the SEAOIL's foundation's monitoring and evaluation system vis-a-vis effectiveness and efficiency of its programs and attainment of desired results e.g. improvement in food access for its family farm implementation, increase in monthly income for its agri-livelihood projects and attainment of monthly incomes above poverty threshold for its agro-enterprise development programs

What will YOU do?

  • Assist the Foundation in the development and enhancement of its monitoring and evaluation system
  • Lead in in the operationalization of the Foundation's monitoring and evaluation system
  • Provide the neccessary training, technical assistance and mentoring to the SFI team and partner LGUs
  • Utilize the ODK system in consolidation and analysis of data and writing the necessary reports
  • Recommend specific interventions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of SFI's programs and projects
  • Perform tasks related to preparation and submission of cash advances and liquidations, handling of logistics needed in the conduct of M&E related activities, and ensures photo and written documentation of said activities

What will YOU need?

  • At least 2 years of experience in project implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Bachelor's degree in agricultural research and statistics
  • Willing to do fieldwork as needed
