What is this role about?
The Station Design Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for the design, construction, and renovation of gasoline refilling stations. The role involves reviewing project specifications, analyzing site conditions, collaborating with design teams, and sourcing quotes from suppliers and contractors. The Estimator ensures that costs are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project goals while considering factors such as labor, materials, and potential risks. Additionally, they monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that all estimates comply with relevant regulations and standards.

What will YOU do?

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for the design, construction, and renovation of gasoline refilling stations, including materials, labor, and equipment
• Review and interprets project designs, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand project requirements and identify potential cost factors
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure estimates align with project goals and design intentions
• Conduct project site visit to assess conditions and gather information necessary for accurate cost estimation and design planning
• Compile and submit detailed project proposals, ensuring they include a clear breakdown of costs and timelines for approval
• Keep up with changes in construction materials, industry trends, and market conditions to provide accurate, competitive estimates
• Communicate with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes, compare pricing, and ensure availability of materials and labor for the project
• Analyze the design and construction process to suggest cost-effective alternatives or modifications that maintain project quality and safety
• Identify and addresses potential risks, such as delays or budget overruns, and incorporate contingency plans into cost estimates
• Verify that all estimated costs and designs comply with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of experience in the same field
• Bachelor's degree in any holder in any engineering field
