What is this role about?
This role will contribute in the development and execution of programs and services related to the end-to-end vehicle fleet management cycle based on applicable policies and processes; all of which will be done in a timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner.
The role will also enable employees to perform conducively, productively, and safely while helping in managing the company's cost leadership objectives through the timely, effective, and cost-efficient delivery of asset management programs and services.
What will YOU do?
- Perform timely and accurate updating of all relevant monitoring files, trackers, and databases related to the fleet of vehicles that the company owns and manages including regular inspection of vehicles to validate information in the databases/records vs. actual state of the assets;
- Facilitate the timely and cost-effective implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and repair activities for all vehicles that the company owns and manages; • Ensure the timely and cost-effective enrollment and/or renewal of all vehicles that the company owns and manages to the Land Transportation Office (LTO), including the completion and submission of documentation requirements;
• Review, endorses, and facilitates the release/issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for vehicle repair requests;
• Facilitate the review and approval of reimbursement requests related to vehicle repairs;
• Facilitate payment requisition and ensures timely and accurate payment of expenses related to vehicle PMS and repairs, as billed by accredited partners;
• Process and monitor trip ticket requests based on applicable scope and lead time;
• Process and monitor requests related to the issuance/assignment and transfer of service vehicles based on applicable scope and lead time;
• Facilitate the sourcing and accreditation of automotive service shops/partners nationwide for our vehicle repair and maintenance requirements;
• Facilitate the timely completion of documentation and information requirements for insurance enrollments and claims;
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or Engineering
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed, Willing to do field work, as needed, As this is a fiduciary role, we need someone who is:
- 1. Detail-oriented and organized
- 2. With the right balance of resourcefulness ("diskarte") and risk management
- 3. Strong sense of accountability and ownership ("malasakit")
