What is this role about?
The role is responsible in contributing in the development and execution of programs and services related to the end-to-end vehicle fleet management cycle based on applicable policies and processes, in a timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner.
What will YOU do?
Makes travel arrangement including flight and hotel bookings of employees nationwide
Coordinate with respective accredited airlines and hotels for any booking changes, cancellations, or concerns as needed
Acts as a liaison between the company and existing third party vendors, effectively communicate and address any vendor related inquiries or issues
Manages and monitors service contract renewals
Handles the processing and monitoring of invoices, request for payments, and other related financial transactions of all third party vendors
Address any billing related inquiries and concerns
Also in charge of the mobile phones (allowance), meeting rooms, inventory and supplies management
Prepare monthly reports and perform other administrative functions from time to time
What will YOU need?
Graduate of any 4 year course
At least six months of relevant experience in administrative field
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively under pressure; keen to details
Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
Amenable to work six days a week (2 wfh days)
Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed
Willing to do field work, as needed
As this is a fiduciary role, we need someone who: (1) is Detail-oriented and organized; (2) has the right balance of resourcefulness ("diskarte") and risk management; (3) has a strong sense of accountability and ownership ("malasakit"); and (4) can meet customer requirements without compromising the interests of the business
