What is this role about?
This position
will be the administrative support of the HR-LEARN
Team.
Since tracking and maintaining the records of all learners in the organization will be what the role will entail, it will be an essential reference in making decisions regarding employee movements within the organization.
What will YOU do?
- Assist
L&D Specialist & L&D Manager identifying learning
needs for particular groups/ individuals suggest or recommend
enhancement to enrollment procedures and assist in registering
learners to programs they need to attend;
• Organize Enrollment Trackers and Learner Database to ensure updated learning records of all SEAOIL learners keeps track of all enrollments, attendance and requirement submissions of all program attendees;
• Communicate Programs and events to gather and entice SEAOILERs to register in learning programs and events offered communicate and invite potential or specifically identified program attendees, send out program schedules, monitor and track attendance to classes and assist with queries where applicable;
• Update Program designs and learning materials to ensure materials are up to date and relevant for the program partiicpants works with the L&D Specialist in identifying materials for updating as well as reflecting actual changes on learning materials when needed;
• Gather Data for reporting purposes collating data efficiently and ensuring integrity of information recorded in files, trackers and reports encodes data gathered from enrollment forms, evaluation sheets and other data gathering tools correctly and efficiently;
• Coordinate learning program delivery ensures smooth flow and delivery of learning programs either on a face to face or virtual platform coordinates end-to-end preparations when mounting face to face learning programs or activities as well as virtually instructor led training classes;
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business/Management, or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in training and development
- Advanced proficiency in G-Sheets and/ or Excel is required, as well as good data entry skills, data visualization and excellent G-Slides and/ or Power Point presentation skills
- Must possess strong planning, organizing and analytical skills to perform efficiently in this role
- Must possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in handling a corporate learning management system from an administrative standpoint is highly desirable
