What is this role about?
The Project Implementation/Monitoring Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful execution and monitoring of projects from start to finish. This includes communicating with stakeholders to align project needs and goals, supporting project planning and development, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting research, performing administrative tasks, and tracking project progress. The role involves actively coordinating between teams, managing resources, and providing regular updates to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with standards.

What will YOU do?

• Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, needs, and progress. Facilitate regular updates, gather feedback, and address concerns to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
• Contribute actively to the creation and refinement of project plans by collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Assist in the development of strategies and solutions
• Monitor and ensure that all engineering and manufacturing processes adhere to established health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and address any potential risks to maintain a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data, market trends, and industry best practices 
• Ensure that all findings are accurately documented and shared with the project team
• Perform essential administrative tasks including preparing invoices, generating cost estimates, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
• Ensure smooth operational flow 
• Monitor continuously and track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables 

What will YOU need?

• Atleast 5 years work experience in the function
• Willing to do fieldwork as necessary
• Willing to be relocated
