What is this role about?
The Lubricants Blending Plant Supervisor will assist the Plant Manager in overseeing the operations of the manufacturing facility. Together, they will see to it that the plant operates efficiently while also ensuring that the demand for finished products is always met. He/She will lead QHSSE (Quality, Healthy, Safety, Security and Environment), maintenance and process improvement initiatives, among others.

What will YOU do?

• Measure and assess efficiency of blending plant and filling lines, and determine possible areas for improvement
• Supervise daily physical inventory count, prepare inventory variance report for raw materials and finished products, and submit the reports to the Lubricants Plant Manager and Supply Planning and Ordering
• Prepare re-order points report and coordinate with the Lubricants Plant Manager and Supply Planning and Ordering for replenishment schedules and update IMMT-Lubes for all raw materials and packaging movement
• Coordinate with the Lubricants Plant Manager and the Quality Control and Product Development (QCPD) for priorities in production schedule
• Review inventory records and conduct inventory reconciliation and ensure that raw and packaging material issuances to production match outputs (finished goods) 
• Coordinate with Lubricants Plant Manager and the Packaging Foreman regarding the dispatch schedule of finished products from the plant to Distribution and Terminal Operations (DTOS)
• Act as the Document Controller for the Lubricants Blending Plant
• Supervise loading of finished products to be transferred to Distribution and Terminal Operations (DTOS) warehouse and counter checks details on Lubes Issuance Form and Transshipment Order Advise (TOA) versus product materials received by DTOS
• Evaluate the reported downtime on Production and seeks approval for Maintenance Request to Production Manager
• Conduct weekly safety meeting and submits report to Health, Security, Safety and Environment Department (HSSE)

What will YOU need?

• At least 5 years of related experience - with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Bachelor's Degree holder of Chemical Engineering or any other related fields
• Willing to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas
