What is this role about?
The role is responsible for designing, recommending, and implementing programs to grow customer traffic in the Service Centers (station, shops).
He/ she will also develop strategies to improve the overall brand health and image of SEAOIL and/or the Service Center, and constantly coordinate with functional and inter-department peers to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
What will YOU do?
- Lead the customer engagement and customer experience initiatives for the service center (stations, stores) from insighting to execution.
- Ensure that sound and realistic strategies are designed, implemented, monitored and measured regularly.
- Check/monitor stations/stores (service center).
- Provide support on programs of retail and lubes sales.
- Support the rest of the marketing team in leading programs from analysis to execution.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
- Graduate of a four-year course relating to B.S. Management Engineering, B.S. Management or its equivalent
- More than 10 years of relevant experience, from the FMCG and B2B industries: preferably, retail (trade marketing), Oil/Gas (fleet, key accounts, TNVS), client servicing (consultancy, medical equipment), or agency
- Four to five years of direct people management experience
- Needed technical expertise: Marketing, Brand Management, People Management, CRM Management, Stakeholder Management
- Needed soft skills: Interpersonal Skills and Multitasking
