What is this role about?
The role is responsible for directing and administering the operational activities of the depot in a safe and efficient manner. This role will also represent the company in community-related activities in his/her area of assignment. 

What will YOU do?

• Supervise and assess depot personnel work assignment, attitude, and performance Coach and trained personnel
• Supervise and control the whole terminal operations and facilities, including all product and non-product movements in the terminal
• Plan and execute terminal programs and projects, including maintenance and housekeeping of equipment, assets and facilities
• Ensure that the policies, guidelines, and procedures of the Company are adequately adhered to and consistently implemented in the depot
• Approve processes and submit all reports, bills, and other documents generated by the depot
  • Standardize as Fire Marshall and On-Scene Commander (oil spill response) of the depot
  • Approve internally-generated documents
  • Enhance safety and security of the depot, and conduct safety meetings and firefighting training
  • Act as community relations officer (COMREL) in the tributary area of the depot
  • Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the depot
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

  
  

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of employment experience as a Terminal Supervisor
• Willing to be assigned in ZFA
