What is this role about?
The Supervisor (Asset Management) is responsible for leading the section/team that facilitates the issuance, monitoring, and/or maintenance of company assets including vehicle fleet, fuels, and other relevant tools and equipment based on applicable policies and processes, in a timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner.
This role enables employees to perform conducively, productively, and safely while also helping in managing the company's cost leadership objectives through the timely, effective, and cost-efficient delivery of asset management programs and services.
What will YOU do?
- Manage company vehicle fleet operations and maintenance Ensuring the timely, effective, and cost-efficient requisition, issuance (new, reassignment, replacement, and trip ticket), repair, preventive maintenance, return (upon exit and replacement), disposal, and inspection of car plan and service vehicles.
- Oversee fuel management system and consumption optimization Reviewing and endorsing requests for fuel allocation (as productivity tool) and allowance (as an employee benefit), including reimbursements for kilometer-based vehicle depreciation and fuel consumption for employees' use of personal vehicles in official business travels.
- Facilitate the sourcing and accreditation of automotive service shops/partners nationwide for the company's vehicle repair and maintenance requirements.
- Perform timely and accurate review and/or updating of all relevant monitoring files, trackers, and databases related to the fleet of vehicles that the company owns and manages.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective enrollment and/or renewal of all vehicles that the company owns and manages to the Land Transportation Office (LTO), including the availability of pertinent documentations.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and/or endorsement of payment and reimbursement requests related to asset management activities and programs.
- Facilitate the timely completion of documentation and information requirements for insurance enrollments and claims.
- Develop relevant policies, procedures, and forms to ensure that asset management programs and services are delivered based on company standards and business objectives.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or Engineering
- At least five (5) years of relevant work experience, two (2) years of which is in a People Manager role
- Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed, Willing to do field work, as needed, As this is a fiduciary role, we need someone who is: 1. Detail-oriented and organized;
2. With the right balance of resourcefulness ("diskarte") and risk management

3. Strong sense of accountability and ownership ("malasakit").
