What is this role about?
The HR-OE Intern will play a key role in supporting the HR-OE by updating, maintaining, and validating employee records within HR databases. The intern will assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, conducting regular audits, and helping to resolve any discrepancies.

What will YOU do?

• Assist in updating and maintaining employee records in HR systems and databases
• Validate employee information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the HR team in data entry, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions as needed
• Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.

• Student of Psychology, Industrial Engineering or other related courses
