What is this role about?
The role ensures the development, communication, implementation, and review of talent management programs for designated department accounts through effective stakeholder and project management. These programs focus on individual performance management, workforce planning, organizational design and review, talent review and development, and employee retention.
What will YOU do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact of employees, especially Department Heads and Managers to address HR-related concerns/matters in a timely and relevant manner
- Collaborate with department managers/heads in diagnosing and resolving concerns that impact organizational and/or talent health in relation to various HR-related metrics such as capacity, productivity, retention, role vulnerabilities, etc.
- Facilitate the performance review process for probationary and regular employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate the approval and communication of manpower hiring requests, employee movements (transfers, promotions, and exits), and organizational changes
- Conduct organizational review activities to determine the alignment and relevance of the existing structure, roles, and headcount composition within a department or team
- Collaborate with department managers/heads in the completion of talent review activities
- Ensure the effective implementation and management of programs that aim to build/develop the core, technical/functional, and leadership competencies of employees across all levels
- Contribute to the creation, review, and/or updating of relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, forms, templates, and references being implemented and managed by the team
What will YOU need?
- At least 3-4 years of related experience, preferably from the Real Estate, Retail, Commercial Leasing industry
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial/leadership capacity
- Adept in Computer Technology, Sales, Business Analysis, Operations
- Willing to extend working hours and do fieldwork as needed
- Willing to travel domestically for deployment and other assignments
