What is this role about?
The role is responsible in assisting officers and supervisors in the production of cash flow reports, execution of bank transactions, and updating company records.

This role is also expected to ensure financial accuracy and transparency through meticulous bank reconciliations, thereby supporting SEAOIL’s mission to deliver reliable and effective services.

What will YOU do?

• Conduct daily bank reconciliation for at least 10 major (high volume and complex transactions) banks with overall review of all banks for daily consolidation of reconciliation status by extraction of Daily Bank Statements (online only) from online bank portal
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and preparation of bank reconciliation statements of assigned bank accounts
• Prepare accurate, timely and complete journal information for the recording of reconciling entries to the appropriate accounts with minimal supervision
• Facilitate training new members for Netsuite Bank Reconciliation Activities
• Coordinate with Senior Officer and Supervisors regarding daily tasks
• Participate on the implementation of initiatives and policies related to Accounting

What will YOU need?

• At least 1 year of experience within the same capacity
• Graduate of Accountancy or other related courses
• Must be willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed
