What is this role about?

This role will propose and execute employee-targeted internal campaigns and support employer brand communications in collaboration with the HR Communications Team Lead.

What will YOU do?

• Develop impactful content in different creative formats for key internal and external channels.
• Propose and execute comprehensible, engaging, and timely communications that support key HR initiatives focused on culture-building, change management, and recruitment marketing, among others.

What will YOU need?

• With 5 years of relevant experience in internal communications
• Graduate of Communications Arts and other equivalent courses
• Must possess an intermediate level of creativity, storytelling ability, and creative content development skills (written and visual)
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
